Do You Qualify as a Fleet Customer?

To qualify, a fleet customer must have five (5) vehicles registered in the company’s name and a Fleet Account Number (FAN) approved by and registered with Subaru Canada, Inc.

How to Apply for a Fleet Account Number (FAN)

To apply for a Fleet Account Number, please select the appropriate form which may be downloaded from www.fleet.subaru.ca. The completed application form, along with the required number of proof of vehicle registrations, is then forwarded to Subaru Canada, Inc. When the application and support documents are verified and approved by Subaru your company will be registered and a Fleet Account Number provided.

FAN Application Forms:

  1. Leasing Company Account FAN Application Form

    Leasing Company: Please include copies of ten (10) vehicle provincial registrations that provide both Lessor and Lessee names. The registrations should include two (2) that are dated at least six (6) months prior to the application date.

FAN Requirements:

The vehicles you are purchasing or leasing must remain in original service in Canada and are to be used in the operation of the business for a minimum of 12 months, except daily rental companies for which there is a minimum 6-month in-service requirement. Vehicle registrations can be for any make or model but they are to be for cars or trucks only. In provinces with government insurance, we alternatively accept a copy of a vehicle listing issued by the governing authority in lieu of individual registrations.
